Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be credited toward your service. Cancellations & No-Shows • I request at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This will be charged to the card on file, or an invoice will be sent if no card is on file. Adjustments • All services are final. If you need a minor technical adjustment, please reach out within 48 hours so we can complete it within one week.
